Spring 2024 after school programs
Our after school programs are designed to foster a life long appreciation of sport. Our athletes will learn the importance of a proper warm up, become more technically proficient climbers, develop strength, balance, confidence, problem-solving skills, and body awareness, all in a fun, supportive, and inclusive environment!
The spring 2024 session runs for 8 weeks. Tuesdays from 3:30-5pm, April 02 to May 21, 2024.
The program is designed for youth aged 11+ but younger athletes with experience will be considered. Cost for the 8 week session is $220. This includes unlimited access to the gym during the 8 weeks, and shoe rentals.
Note that there are grant programs that offer financial support to kids enrolled in organized sport like our climbing programs.

Our after school programs are designed and are coordinated by our program coordinator, Tom Herbert, Full Rock Guide, Association of Canadian Mountain Guides (ACMG). Our curriculum follows the framework established by Climbing Escalade Canada’s Long-Term Athlete Development Program.
