How to redeem the GSS promo code
This how-to page is meant for GSS parents wanting to take advantage of our offer of a free day pass.
It’s a multi-step process. It proceeds as follows:
1. Sign legal waiver. Challenge here is that kids less than 18 years old cannot sign their own waivers, so first you must sign up yourself (even if you have no intention of visiting our gym) and then sign up your dependent as a member of your household. Only then can you sign the waiver for your child or dependent.
Head over to https://confluenceclimbing.com and click the “sign waiver” button on the upper left.
a) create an account for yourself. This will require a valid email address
b) add your child as a member of your household
c) sign the waiver for your child
2. Purchase a day pass (for free) by redeeming the promotional code we have created for the GSS community. The code is

When you are done creating your household, your portal page at https://confluenceclimbing.portal.approach.app/profile/household should look like below. Only then are you ready to purchase a pass for your child or dependent.
Buy a pass
Start at the entry point of our portal, at https://confluenceclimbing.portal.approach.app
next, you must choose what sort of pass you wish to purchase.
Then you tell the system who the pass is for. Probably this is your child or dependent — the “member of your household” you created earlier. There must be a signed waiver for the person you select. (Never fear — the charge will be eliminated at checkout when you enter the promo code)
Review your purchase..
..and continue to checkout where you enter the
GSS-2023-PROMO-CODE to reduce the price to zero.
